1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before the material is dispatched from the warehouse.
  • In such cases, the customer is eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Once the material has been dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for cancelled orders (before dispatch).
  • In case of operational issues or billing errors, adjustments may be processed through credit notes.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refunds.
  • Delivered materials are non-returnable due to the nature of the product.

3. Credit Notes & Adjustments

  • In cases where any adjustment is required after invoicing, a credit note will be issued.
  • Credit notes may be issued for:
    • Quantity differences
    • Billing corrections
    • Approved adjustments
  • Credit notes will be linked to the original invoice and handled as per applicable GST regulations.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking timelines.

5. Delivery & Site Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure proper access and readiness at the delivery location.
  • Failed deliveries due to site issues may not be eligible for refunds.

6. Disputes

  • Any disputes related to orders, deliveries, or billing must be reported within a reasonable time.
  • Alankar Udyog reserves the right to review and resolve disputes on a case-by-case basis.

7. Policy Updates
